Requirements
- Possess a sports science background and experience helping elite sports teams utilize sports science-based high-performance workflows
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, effectively qualifying sales opportunities and conveying ideas and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. Excel at giving proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Be goal-oriented, motivated by improving customer experience and hitting revenue goals
- Possess analytical skills and proficiency with scientific methods and numbers
- Be enthusiastic about leading proposals, product demonstrations, presentations, and other customer communications, and enjoy meeting with customers
Responsibilities
- Create growth in a strategically important region, serving elite revenue team and customers
- Support sports organizations in developing data strategies to increase efficiency and effective decision-making
- Provide support for pre-sales, pro service, and product innovation phases of the elite customer journey, helping Hudl achieve significant annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree
- Have a network within professional sports organizations and be able to leverage it
- Possess customer-facing experience, understanding SaaS sales and consulting methodologies, prioritizing customer needs, and generating revenue through technical pre-sales and solution consulting
- Have experience influencing or supporting product development in SaaS for sports
- Be fluent in English and either German or Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
