Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing technical teams focused on API integrations for SaaS or eCommerce platforms
• 4+ years of direct experience in a Solutions role using APIs, SDKs, webhooks, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, JSON
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality projects
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Strong technical writing and documentation capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integrations as a player/coach, ensuring your team follows your lead in turning complex challenges into elegant, actionable solutions that align with client goals
• Manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, balancing tight timelines, competing priorities, and customer expectations with finesse
• Identify and implement improvements to existing systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency without compromising quality
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, fostering trust through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset
• Mentor and empower your team, providing guidance on technical and interpersonal skills to drive their professional growth
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams, leveraging your expertise in APIs, webhooks, SQL, HTML/CSS, Javascript, and other relevant technologies to troubleshoot and guide solutions
• Maintain the highest standards of work, ensuring that all projects meet or exceed both internal and client expectations
