The company seeks a Solutions Principal to join its Business Transformation Advisory team and guide GTM teams and strategic customers to successful outcomes by aligning Pigment's solutions with tangible business impacts. Responsibilities include external deal support, strategic accounts engagement, thought leadership, internal GTM sales plays development, and enablement at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 8 years of experience in a similar role within the EPM industry with a strong focus on business value & strategy

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Leaders and Account Executives on strategic deals as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor
• Engage with senior business leaders to understand their challenges, goals, and requirements
• Lead consultative engagements and workshops with customers and prospects to develop a roadmap toward their transformational planning vision
• Build credibility in the market as a thought leader on business transformation and business value
• Partner with Product Team and Product Marketing to shape direction and messaging of GTM Sales Plays
• Empower internal teams to effectively position and sell Pigment's EPM solutions by evangelizing a value-based approach to selling
