Requirements

• Be comfortable performing for the camera
• Excel at physical teaching methods (TPR)
• Commit to consistent afternoon schedules
• Have a tertiary qualification
• Have completed, accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTA
• Be computer literate
• Have no criminal record
• Have 2 years of online English teaching experience
• Have a clear, neutral English accent
• Have a PC: Intel Core i5 or better (2 Cores, 4 CPUs) with 8GB+ RAM
• Have internet: 20+ Mbps fiber via LAN cable
• Have equipment: HD webcam and noise-canceling headset
• Have a UPS backup (for load shedding)
• Have a well-lit, professional teaching space suited for teaching young learners
• Have a vibrant teaching personality
