Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Current and proven experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably with a focus on customer solutions
  • Strong technical background with expertise in designing and implementing technical architectures
  • Technical expertise in managed services and customer service software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
  • Project management skills to oversee the implementation of proposed solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design technical architecture solutions that align with the customerโ€™s business goals and requirements
  • Create detailed solution blueprints; oversee their implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide technical assistance and support to sales staff for customer-facing presentations and technical documentation
  • Engage with sales teams to identify customer issues and propose IT solutions that address those needs effectively
  • Act as the technical point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable technical solutions
  • Conduct technical presentations and demos to showcase proposed solutions
  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure that solutions are feasible and align with Fuel iXโ€™s offerings
  • Liaise with subject matter experts to identify problem areas and propose solutions
  • Oversee the implementation phase of the solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements and are delivered on time
  • Manage and track the progress of ongoing customer projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to propose innovative solutions
  • Continuously improve the architecture design process to enhance efficiency
