Specialty Operations Analyst II

Summary

bswift is seeking a COBRA Analyst to join their growing COBRA and Billing Center of Excellence Team. The COBRA Analyst will be responsible for conducting testing, executing service delivery processes, importing data, triaging client tickets, auditing system data, assisting call center/client teams, resolving data discrepancies, and performing COBRA tasks to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 0 - 3 years of professional experience within in analysis and data management role
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, working knowledge of MS Office products
• Extensive experience with databases, as well as data interpretation and data manipulation
• Knowledge of health care products including HMO, PPO, and Medicare
• Healthcare industry background

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing to discover software enhancements or needs
• Execute on non-automated service delivery processes to satisfy scope requirements
• Import data into system as needed and assist with ad hoc client projects
• Triage client tickets, questions and provide next response time
• Audit system data from various sources and produce reports to provide a summary and details
• Assist call center / client teams through responding to employee cases related to COBRA and Direct Billing
• Resolve any data discrepancies with external vendors
• Perform COBRA tasks to audit notices, troubleshoot issues, work with the client teams as needed to correct discrepancies and ensure compliance timing is met

Benefits

• The base salary range for this position is $27.00-$30.00/hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses
