Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new customers within the Software Endpoint Management Space, expanding our client base and increasing market share
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting and lead generation to conducting product demonstrations and closing deals
  • Deliver tailored software solutions to meet the unique needs and challenges of potential clients
  • Lead the development and execution of high-level sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying and targeting key opportunities in the IT Endpoint Management market
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within potential customer organizations, leveraging existing networks and establishing new connections
  • Manage complex sales cycles, including negotiation of large deals, contract agreements, and structuring win-win solutions that align with both client needs and company objectives
  • Collaborate with sales teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to junior account executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in CRM software and advanced knowledge of sales automation tools
  • In-depth understanding of IT Endpoint Management space
  • Advanced degree in a related field and relevant certifications
  • Exceptional adaptability and success in dynamic, fast-paced sales environments
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience with junior sales team members
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to create and execute sales strategies that drive business growth
  • Outstanding presentation skills, including the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations to C-level executives and key decision-makers

  • Salary range: $100,000-$120,000. This role includes additional incentive compensation based on a 50/50 split commission plan
