Sr Application Support Engineer

Summary

A seasoned Application Support Specialist is needed to support a Governance, Risk, Compliance Application (GRC) for a major integration program at Our Tier 1 Banking Client. The specialist will be responsible for supporting over ten lines of business using the Archer application, acting as first line of support for all issues, requesting changes, and controlling issues. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence three times a week near Union.

Requirements

• 10 years of overall IT experience
• 3-5 years in Application support role
• SQL/SQL Server and scripting experience using Python/PowerShell
• Knowledge of C# and .NET
• Experience within financial services, or enterprise environment
• Experience working in a Windows environment

Responsibilities

• Supporting a Governance, Risk, Compliance Application (GRC) for a major integration program
• Supporting over ten lines of business using the Archer application

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Archer is a big plus!!!
