Summary

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience implementing and managing various solutions like CRM, ERP at an enterprise level using Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
  • Solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics and power platform. Experience working with; Microsoft 365, MS Dynamics, Azure, HL7, API, web-integration
  • In-depth knowledge of all modules of Dynamics 365 CE, including appropriate Architect level certifications
  • Strong implementation experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA etc.), including appropriate Architect level certifications
  • Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, Development management, CI/CD principles, Release management, Data migration, cut-over planning and Go-Live support
  • Exposure in Cloud Storage Services (Azure SQL, Blob storage etc.)
  • Experience working with vendor partners and offshore development teams
  • Experience of Agile Methodology and tooling (Atlassian, Azure DevOps)

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage a robust Azure-based data platform and MS Fabric, ensuring our data volumes are handled with integrity, security, and optimal performance
  • Take the lead in architecting and implementing a large-scale enterprise application using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS D365), driving our organization forward with cutting-edge technology
  • Develop seamless integration strategies that connect MS D365 with a wide range of internal and external applications, fostering efficiency and connectivity across our systems
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders—business leaders, project managers, and IT teams—to ensure that our architectural and technical solutions are perfectly aligned with our business goals
  • Evaluate and recommend the best technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize our application architecture, always aiming for the highest levels of efficiency and innovation
  • Ensure that our architectural designs not only meet industry standards but also comply with regulatory requirements and follow security best practices, keeping our systems safe and secure
  • Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring that our application architecture is scalable and highly available, ready to meet the demands of our growing organization
  • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and execution, always keeping the overall architectural vision in mind and ensuring we're on the right path
  • Meticulously define the strategy, roadmap, and plan for all necessary database and server architecture, frameworks, and development initiatives
  • Constantly seek out opportunities to improve our system architectures, analyzing and implementing enhancements that drive progress and innovation
  • Design and implement proof of concepts, plan solutions, and create custom demos that showcase our architectural capabilities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture and design decisions, ensuring that knowledge is shared and collaboration thrives within our team

  • Prior experience evaluating and implementing a best-of-breed technology stack from the ground up, ideally in another healthcare setting
