Summary

The job is for a Senior Business/Requirements Analyst who can work remotely but must be open to EST hours. The role involves creating executive-level reports, engaging stakeholders, executing deliverables on time, and using various software tools. Experience in high-profile enterprise projects is required, along with senior level experience in creating roadmaps and weekly updates.

Requirements

• Sr. business/requirements analysis
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to comfortably work with process improvements
• Proven ability to successfully execute deliverables on time in final format
• Sr. Level experience in creating roadmaps and weekly updates
• Experience using: excel, AzureDevOps, Microsoft PowerBI, Vizio, PPT

Responsibilities

• Create executive-level reports that include data visualization
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
• Execute deliverables on time in final format

Preferred Qualifications

• Some background in IT, Risk, or Security
• Familiarity with financial institutions and the industry
• Proper BA notation understanding
• Understanding of multiple forms of agile and ability to write user stories/requirements
• Confidence to manage product backlog for audit-ready projects
• Ability to work with a team and on one's own with self direction
• Experience working remotely
• Comfort presenting and working with colleagues and leadership support
• Experience with document control and SharePoint, etc
