Summary

A Senior Data Engineer is needed to join a remote team working on a long-term project for an innovative AI-driven clinical trial management platform. The candidate should have at least 5 years of data engineering experience and proficiency in NodeJS, SQL, Python, Postgres, and Snowflake.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of data engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS, SQL, Python, Postgres, and Snowflake
• Upper-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in developing and managing data solutions for AI-powered platforms
• Excellent understanding of data integration and risk-based monitoring
• Ability to work remotely with maximum overlap during LA working hours
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the data architecture of our client's AI-powered platform using NodeJS, SQL, Python, Postgres, and Snowflake
• Collaborate with the development team to design and enhance data solutions, ensuring efficient and scalable data processing
• Integrate comprehensive data solutions and AI-powered insights to optimize clinical trial management processes
• Conduct advanced risk-based monitoring to identify potential issues and enhance data quality
• Ensure seamless data integration to maintain participant oversight and regulatory compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related technical issues promptly to maintain platform performance and reliability
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, providing regular updates and insights
• Mentor and guide junior data engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory compliance is a plus
