Summary

The Sr. Director of Commercial Learning & Development will lead the creation and implementation of Oncology Training infrastructure at Corcept. Responsibilities include developing commercial training programs, managing vendor partnerships, and collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, managed care, and key customer marketing and medical leads to ensure full alignment on training strategies and tactical planning
  • Develop commercial training programs including but not limited to new-hire onboarding, product training, industry updates, competitive landscape reviews, and career/personal skill development
  • Create a curriculum specific to leadership that includes a sales model, leadership competency, and coaching/development continuum
  • Accountable for the execution of product training frameworks, programs, content, collateral, and rollout plans to ensure launch readiness and sustainment
  • Support the development and approval of training content
  • Serve as an active participant of the VP, Sales leadership team, collaborating on strategy and leading the execution of training for field leaders
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders throughout the country to gather insights and effectively bring value to physicians and their patients
  • Execute a field-based plan to ensure the implementation of the POA and capture current customer perspectives through field visits, advisory panels, and ongoing KOL engagement efforts
  • Plan and execute annual National Field Meetings (NFM & Area Meetings) to align the Field Salesforce and key customer and payer account teams with current customer perspectives and Marketing brand goals
  • Facilitate ongoing distance learning programs to increase field and leadership competencies
  • Adhere to all regulations, and policies guiding Corcept's activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of effectively coaching/training field-based sales representatives
  • Proven track record as a field-based leader
  • Experience developing and executing sales/training meetings
  • Experience developing learning and development curriculum for both sales and sales leadership and account teams
  • Excellent presentation and facilitating skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize travel requirements

Benefits

  • The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $227,000 - $267,100; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations
