Sr. Engineer TL & AI Specialist, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Engineer at System2 Technologies Corp., a San Francisco-based company revolutionizing fitness with AI. The role involves using the latest AI technologies to improve wellness coaching, building and deploying solutions, and helping build an AI-focused team. The position is full time and remote, with flexible hours outside of 8am to noon US Pacific Time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack technical experience
• Deep interest, fluency, & preferably experience in latest AI technologies
• Have lead teams in a technical capacity in the past
• Have architected complex, scalable systems
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written are mandatory
• Proactive and independent, with the ability to set your objectives and orchestrate your performance
• Eagerness to develop systems and processes to foster a high-performing remote culture
• Enthusiastic about our mission of making fitness universally accessible, with a personal affinity for health & fitness

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to use AI to increase user engagement, the quality of coaching delivered, and the efficiency of coaches
• Work with stakeholders to come up with AI-powered solutions to take advantage of these opportunities
• Build, test, and deploy such solutions and measure the impact on core business metrics
• Help us build an AI-focused team by helping with recruiting and providing leadership to a new team of engineers as a Tech Lead
• Help up-level the res of the Eng org with applied-AI-specific knowledge
• Help build us a product that our users genuinely love!

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in JS / React is preferred, but not required
