Summary

We are seeking a Senior Epic Application Analyst with 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic team at Brillio. The role involves collaborating on EPIC application development and implementation, customizing solutions for the organization's needs, and ensuring reliability and performance. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and current EPIC certifications are required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science , Information Technology, or a related field
  • Current EPIC Certifications in the below listed applications strongly desired
  • Proven experience in EPIC application development, configuration, and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of EPIC modules such as MyChart, EpicCare Inpatient, Cadence, ADT etc
  • Experience with EPIC integration tools, including HL7, Web Services, and API integration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the EPIC framework
  • Design, develop, and implement EPIC applications, modules, and workflows according to project requirements
  • Customize EPIC application to meet the specific needs of our organization, including configuration, scripting, and integration with other systems
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of EPIC applications
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for EPIC applications, resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures related to EPIC development and implementation
  • Stay up to date with EPIC software updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve our systems and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, IT professionals, and project managers, to ensure successful EPIC implementations and integrations
  • Participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to promote the effective use of EPIC software across the organization
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and other relevant compliance standards in all aspects of EPIC development and implementation
