Sr. Executive Assistant and EA Manager

Summary

The job is for a Sr. Executive Assistant and EA Manager at Vanta, a company focused on securing the internet and protecting consumer data. The role involves supporting two executives, managing an EA pod, and mentoring/coaching other Executive Assistants with a focus on talent development.

Requirements

• Meaningful (5-10 years) prior experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, or other business operations role, including at least 5 years as a manager
• Demonstrable success in talent development and growing direct reports into expanded or new roles
• High trajectory, intelligence, and empathy

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling and travel management support for two of our executives
• Act as direct manager for our Executive Assistants (3 currently)
• Coach and mentor our Executive Assistants in achieving their long term career goals, and particularly, in finding and growing towards opportunities on other teams at Vanta
• Working closely with leaders at Vanta to expand and enhance our talent development program for our Executive Assistants
