Sr Financial Alliances Analyst

Summary

We are looking for a Financial Alliances Analyst to manage operational tasks contributing to commercial relationships and improve the excellence of commercial relations with our main partners. The candidate will provide support for consultations, operational tasks, or ad-hoc requests related to commercial management, propose and develop new processes and tools to improve productivity, work collaboratively with data and commercial teams to generate indicators, dashboards, and reports, analyze and track performance indicators, collaborate with IT, Product, and other involved teams in new developments and solutions that increase the efficiency of commercial negotiations, and collaborate with IT, payments, and operations teams to ensure the correct execution and functioning of payment systems across all channels and business lines.

Requirements

• Graduates of Engineering, Economics, or Administration
• Knowledge of the payment system
• +2 years in similar positions
• Knowledge of G Suite, Excel, Metabase/SQL, and Power Point
• Analytical skills and conflict resolution capacity
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments
