Sr. Fraud Analyst

Requirements

• Experience in fraud detection, prevention, and investigation, in a digital or app-based environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and statistical tools (SQL, Python)
• Familiarity with automated solutions as part of the Trust and Safety stack (fraud prevention platforms, ML & AI solutions) and their application in fraud detection
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and Analysis
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent bad actor activities and mitigate risk
• Maintain Feeld’s pattern detection library and ensure that rules are effectively implemented and measured
• Collaborate with CS on the reduction and management of false positive identification
• Collaborate with CS to address and resolve user-reported issues
• Define and own key metrics that appropriately measure interventions from the Trust and Safety team
• Document and maintain records of all Trust & Safety-related activities and investigations
