Sr Full Stack Engineer, Remote - Argentina

Summary

The job is for a Full Stack Engineer at CookUnity, a meal delivery startup that empowers chefs while combatting food insecurity. The role involves working on the development of new features and improving existing ones within their tech stack, collaborating with other engineers, product managers, and designers.

Requirements

• At least +5yrs of experience as a Software Engineer
• Engage with projects in ReactJS/ React Native , NodeJS, GraphQL, MySQL, and TypeScript
• Understand how to interact with and build backend REST APIs

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform features that engage customers and impact people's lives
• Iterate on new and existing features to improve user experience and performance
• Contribute to the adoption of strong software architecture, development best practices, and new technologies
• Improve the maturity of our technical stack with engineering best practices
• Be part of the code review process and help mentor other engineers
• Contribute technically to projects by being a hands-on coder, removing roadblocks, and repair technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining unit tests and e2e tests
• Enjoy working in small teams in a fast-paced startup environment
• Are excited by the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company expands
