Sr. GTM Data Analyst

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field
• 5+ years of proven experience leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions, ideally within a GTM or marketing context
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence cross-functional GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations)
• Demonstrated knowledge of statistical methods, techniques, formulas, and tests
• Technical Competency: Advanced SQL skills, proficiency with Python/R, and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI)

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Versapay's GTM strategy, target markets, and competitive landscape
• Generate recommendations and insights from comprehensive analysis across all growth levers
• Create and maintain frameworks for evaluating GTM initiatives
• Create and maintain A/B testing methodologies enabling marketers to optimize testing cadences
• Design dashboards and reports that track KPIs, allowing stakeholders to make informed decisions based on data
• Deeply understand the performance and attribution of various marketing channels and partner channels
• Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure accurate data collection and tracking across all channels
• Map and analyze the customer journey across multiple touchpoints
• Engage with GTM and Finance leadership to develop a cohesive vision, roadmap, and prioritization framework

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms is a plus
