Sr. Manager Clinical Intervention Programs, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The Senior Manager of Clinical Intervention Programs will lead innovative clinical intervention programs at Luna, focusing on value-based care for musculoskeletal conditions. The role includes managing Luna's suite of programs, collaborating with healthcare providers, and developing a Remote Therapeutic Monitoring program.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience within a clinical management setting
• 2+ years experience in a non-clinical role, preferably within a revenue or operations team
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field is required (advanced degree is preferred)
• Extensive experience in clinical program management, preferably in a physical therapy or MSK setting
• Ability to proactively utilize technical resources to provide better clinical programs
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of remote monitoring technologies and their application in clinical settings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel ~5-10% of the time to partner with various teams and stakeholders
• Ability to innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Own the continuous improvement of Luna's five clinical intervention programs
• Collaborate with health plans, ACOs, MSOs, and other value-based care providers to align program goals with broader healthcare objectives
• Lead and inspire the Clinical Intervention Programs team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation
• Ensure our programs adhere to regulatory standards and provide exceptional care
• Assess program data to determine effectiveness and report on outcomes
• Lead the evolution and implementation of a comprehensive Remote Therapeutic Monitoring program
• Designing and executing initiatives to optimize patient outcomes, patient engagement and healthcare delivery using remote monitoring technologies
