Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a marketing- or business-related field
• 5-10 years of experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS organizations
• Demonstrated analytical ability and program measurement skills
• Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials
• Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular CMS, marketing automation, and sales automation systems, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce.com

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation channels and programs to drive new leads and nurture existing leads
• Own pipeline creation and conversion and develop an intimate understanding of the customer journey
• Work with content marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and promote marketing materials
• Ensure brand identity is adhered to in campaigns and all communication channels
• Track, measure, and communicate campaign/channel/program results, continually optimize for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new best practices through experimental efforts
• Collaborate closely with sales, success, and product teams and implement an effective feedback loop
