Requirements

  • Demonstrable expertise in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs, leveraging various learning methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a global team of GTM enablement and Buyer enablement professionals
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM enablement strategy that aligns with Aircall's overall business objectives
  • Design, create, and curate a diverse range of engaging learning programs, content assets, and resources
  • Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Implement robust metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of initiatives
