Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, customer education or a related field
  • Demonstrable expertise in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs
  • Deep understanding of the GTM landscape and buyer enablement golden standards
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative spirit
  • Global mindset and cultural sensitivity to lead and collaborate effectively with a geographically dispersed team

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a global team of GTM enablement and Buyer enablement professionals
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM enablement strategy that aligns with Aircall's overall business objectives
  • Design, create, and curate a diverse range of engaging learning programs, content assets, and resources
  • Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Implement robust metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of your initiatives
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in the GTM & Buyer enablement landscape
