Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, customer education or a related field
- Demonstrable expertise in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs
- Deep understanding of the GTM landscape and buyer enablement golden standards
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative spirit
- Global mindset and cultural sensitivity to lead and collaborate effectively with a geographically dispersed team
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a global team of GTM enablement and Buyer enablement professionals
- Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM enablement strategy that aligns with Aircall's overall business objectives
- Design, create, and curate a diverse range of engaging learning programs, content assets, and resources
- Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and customer success
- Implement robust metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of your initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in the GTM & Buyer enablement landscape
