Sr. Mobile Frontend Developer

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer with expertise in React Native to join our dynamic team for building an innovative mobile dating app. The company, Jubilee, is on a mission to promote empathy and challenge the belief of a black-and-white world.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Mobile Developer with expertise in React Native
• Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, architecture, and best practices
• Experience integrating RESTful & GraphQL APIs and third-party libraries
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and related tools (e.g., Redux, Jest)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a high-performance mobile application using React Native
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences
• Implement responsive UI components and ensure compatibility across different devices and platforms
• Optimize mobile applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain optimal performance and user experience
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cross-platform mobile development
• Knowledge of GraphQL and other modern frontend technologies
• Experience building real-time chat systems
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities
