Remote Senior .Net Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Software Developer and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. You will contribute to the entire application development lifecycle, from researching technical options to building prototypes and ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable. Working closely with product and architecture teams, you will help shape product roadmaps and mentor junior developers. Your expertise in .NET development and modern architectural patterns will be crucial in this role. You will lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle and research emerging technologies to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET software development, building robust web-based applications
• Expertise in Microsoft development stack: .NET Core, .NET Framework 4.5+, C#, JavaScript, RESTful services, ORM, T-SQL, JSON, MVC, XML, HTML, CSS, and Azure-based architectures
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to articulate technical solutions and collaborate effectively
• Proven experience with modern architectural patterns, including Microservices, SOA, Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, Asynchronous Messaging, Service Bus, Event Sourcing, APIs, and Web Services

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software development, from brainstorming ideas to deployment and beyond
• Research emerging technologies and provide actionable insights, building prototypes to validate the best solutions
• Architect and implement solutions with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and maintainability, working closely with developers and architects
• Collaborate with Product Management to help shape realistic, innovative product roadmaps that push boundaries
• Partner with Principal Engineers to design and develop solutions that align with architectural guidelines and standards
• Mentor and coach junior developers, helping them grow their skills and elevate their contributions
