Remote Sr Project Manager

Summary

The job is for a Sr Project Manager Construction position in Washington, DC with a long-term duration and remote work option after 3 months. The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in large-scale construction projects and proficiency in managing engineering design and deployment of technology infrastructure.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience on large-scale construction and redevelopment projects
• Knowledge of how the Technology Design and Deployment lifecycle aligns and integrates with the Architectural and Engineering Construction lifecycles
• Professional demeanor with strong project management, problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and presentation skills
• Demonstrable knowledge of the PMBOK; PMP Certification is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Manage Engineering design and deployment of technology infrastructure specifically building renovations, re-stacks, relocations, cabling, network, and network systems
• Manage Engineering design, deployment and integration of multiple technologies such as Audio/Visual systems, Content Management Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, and Access Control Systems
