Sr. Psych Operations Insights Manager

Summary

The job description is for a Sr. Psych Operations Insights Manager at Rula, whose role is to improve the operations of the Psychiatric Services business using analytics. The person will be responsible for delivering data assets, conducting analyses, and synthesizing performance reports. Required qualifications include 5+ years of analytics experience, ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders, experience delivering assets embedded into operational processes or workflows, expertise in Python and/or SQL, and familiarity with data visualization tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of analytics (operations, growth) experience
• Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience delivering assets that are embedded into operational processes or workflows (e.g., scripts)
• Expert in Python and/or SQL, as well as familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Delivering data assets that enable/drive operational processes
• Conducting analyses to diagnose core problems
• Delivering reporting that helps synthesize the performance of the business unit

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in high-growth startup
• Prior experience in healthcare
• Experience being embedded in functions (as opposed to centralized analytical teams)
