  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and recruit Lawn Pros and Pool Pros nationwide through outbound calls, emails, and texts
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, fostering trust and effectively conveying the benefits of joining our platform
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into active vendors, meeting or exceeding monthly recruitment targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings and recruitment approach
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, update databases, and provide regular reports on recruitment progress
  • Address vendor inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
