Remote SRE/DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our Product Engineering team to provide infrastructure support and guidance
• Lead technical discussions around the design and implementation of system reliability, incident response, and monitoring
• Develop tools and systems to enhance our CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment processes
• Ensure system observability by building, maintaining, and optimizing our monitoring and alerting systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, responding to incidents and leading blameless postmortems to improve our processes
