Sr/Lead/Principal Front-End Engineer

Summary

Tripalink is a growth-stage Proptech startup seeking front-end engineers with 3+ years of experience to collaborate on building user interfaces using modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, and strong problem-solving skills. The estimated annual base salary for this role is between $150,000 - $250,000.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a front-end engineer. Experience in shipping SaaS products or Internet services is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in programming in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience in integrating front-end applications with back-end services and APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Strong leadership and ability to communicate effectively and work well in a fast-paced environment that optimizes for quick iterations
• Capability for technical innovation, willingness to share knowledge, and help elevate the team’s technical level

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and user needs and design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces
• Develop, test, optimize and deploy front-end applications using modern web technologies
• Produce high-quality code and documentation for front-end processes and architectures
• Take on a technical leadership role within a team, across teams, and up to company level
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, especially new developments in front-end frameworks and methodologies, and spearhead the adoption of the latest technologies to improve our solutions
• Proactively discover new approaches to enhance user experience and solve business challenges with innovative front-end solutions
