Sr/Lead/Principal Full-stack Software Engineer

Summary

Tripalink is a growth-stage Proptech startup seeking full-stack engineers with 3+ years of experience to collaborate on delivering high-quality products. The role involves participating in the full software development lifecycle, writing scalable and secure code, and staying abreast of emerging technologies. The estimated annual base salary for this role is between $130,000 and $250,000.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience, including success in shipping SaaS products or Internet services at tech companies
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or comparable ones
• Familiarity with application frameworks, such as Spring Boot, React, Angular, Node.js, Django, etc
• Experience in AWS and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Strong leadership and ability to communicate effectively and work well in a fast-paced environment that optimizes for quick iterations

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, operation teams, and other team members to deliver high-quality products
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle of design, development, testing, and maintenance in all areas of our products comprising website, CRM/etc applications, data/analytics tools, AI (GenAI/LLM + CV) applications, etc
• Write high-quality, high-performance, scalable, and secure code
• Take on a technical leadership role within a team, across teams, and up to company level
