As a Staff Architect CRM, you will define end-to-end CRM strategies, interface with stakeholders, and ensure architectural integrity while modernizing complex legacy CRM ecosystems. You will lead CRM platform selection, integration design, and modernization strategy, architect scalable and secure CRM implementations, collaborate with stakeholders, develop data models, define architecture standards, guide engineering teams, and ensure platform governance. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 8+ years of software architecture experience, 5+ years of CRM systems experience, and proven experience delivering public sector or highly regulated CRM solutions. Advanced English is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8 + Years of experience working in Software Architecture
- 5+ Years of experience working in CRM systems
- Proven experience delivering public sector or highly regulated CRM solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Salesforce CRM and HubSpot CRM
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, data sync strategies, and middleware integration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional/government settings
- Advanced English Level is required for this role , as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons
Responsibilities
- Lead CRM platform selection, integration design, and modernization strategy
- Architect scalable, secure, and compliant CRM implementations (D365, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to translate business processes into technical solutions
- Develop data models and workflows for constituent engagement, service delivery, and case management
- Define and enforce architecture standards across delivery teams
- Guide internal and external engineering teams through execution
- Ensure platform governance, extensibility, and data residency compliance
