Staff Consultant, Business-Analysis

Summary

Join our team as a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst! Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, driving business objectives. Gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Development, QA, and Operations. Support testing efforts and facilitate meetings and presentations. Track project progress and assist in change management. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio, or similar
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges
• Elicit, document, and manage clear and concise business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories)
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas of improvement or automation
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Development, QA, and Operations
• Support testing efforts by preparing test cases and validating outcomes against requirements
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for stakeholders and team members
• Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders
• Assist in change management and adoption activities
