Staff Data Engineer

Requirements

• Possess strong SQL skills
• Demonstrate expertise in data analysis
• Exhibit strong project leadership skills
• Have strong programming skills with Python
• Possess solid experience with Spark
• Demonstrate solid engineering foundations (good coding practices, good architectural design skills)
• Have experience working with SQL in advanced scenarios that require heavy optimization
• Have 7+ years of experience with large-scale data engineering with an emphasis on analytics and reporting
• Have 3+ years of experience developing on a Hadoop-like Ecosystem
• Have experience building cloud-scalable, real-time and high-performance Data Lake solutions
• Be proficient in designing and implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, load) processes, dealing with big volumes of data (terabytes of data which required distributed processing)
• Have experience developing solutions within Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Have experience with NoSQL databases such as Apache HBase, MongoDB, or Cassandra
• Have experience in data streams processing technologies including Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc
• Have an advanced English level
