Summary

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex, technical programs (10+ years in TPM, software delivery, or engineering leadership roles)
• Strong technical fluency, with the ability to understand system architecture and contribute to conversations on scalability and delivery risk
• Proven influence across product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to drive outcomes and alignment
• Excellent communication skills – able to clearly articulate challenges, priorities, and decisions across all levels
• Agile coaching experience, including scaling methodologies and frameworks across multiple teams
• A bias for action, combined with strong strategic thinking and the ability to manage ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, high-impact programs across multiple domains to deliver key business outcomes
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations to align on goals, plans, and progress
• Proactively manage dependencies, identify risks early, and ensure on-time delivery across several programs simultaneously
• Influence and align executive stakeholders through structured communication and insights
• Coach teams and leaders on Agile best practices, driving scalable delivery processes and continuous improvement
• Shape and evolve our delivery frameworks and tools to maximise team effectiveness and transparency
• Engage in technical discussions to support decision-making on architecture and system trade-offs
