Requirements

• Exhibit strong ability to identify, understand, and solve complex technical problems, especially from a back-end system architecture perspective
• Craft and own a 9-12 month technical strategy and roadmap
• Demonstrate deep expertise in product development and end-user experience, especially within the B2B Admin space

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall technical direction of two teams
• Craft and own a 9-12 month technical strategy and roadmap
• Demonstrate deep expertise in product development and end-user experience, especially within the B2B Admin space
• Drive projects to successful completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and deliverables through hands-on leadership and building strong relationships across partners throughout the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Golang
• Familiarity and experience with Rust is also nice to have
• Familiarity and experience on the infrastructure side, ideally with AWS, Kubernetes, etc
• Experience working within the B2B admin space, and familiarity with the problems that arise in this domain
• Demonstrated experience in implementing security best practices and mitigating common security vulnerabilities
