The ideal candidate possesses extensive hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, fluency in Python, and familiarity with modern AI tooling and services.

Requirements

• Have extensive hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, including building and deploying models in production environments
• Are fluent in Python and comfortable working across GoLang and TypeScript stacks
• Are well-versed in modern AI tooling and services - especially LLMs , RAG pipelines , agentic AI architectures , and cloud platforms like AWS
• Thrive in high-autonomy environments
• Define direction, make architecture decisions, and bring others along, even when requirements are ambiguous or evolving
• Love solving complex technical problems, especially those that require cross-functional alignment
• Think in systems and build with long-term scalability in mind
• Have a strong product mindset
• Care deeply about the end-user experience and collaborate closely with designers and PMs to ensure technical solutions truly serve customer needs
