Requirements

• Have 7+ years of total experience
• Possess strong experience in ERP financials with Oracle Finance, Oracle Fixed Assets, Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Payables, and Oracle Receivables
• Have strong experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS R12 financial projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials to drive at least three end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations
• Be proficient in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Fixed Asset Management (FA), Budgeting, Cash Management, and Tax
• Possess strong technical skills in Oracle Fusion configurations, customizations, and development. Have techno-functional knowledge of Oracle finance modules
• Be familiar with FRIS report development and maintenance
• Have a strong understanding of business processes and how they align with Oracle ERP solutions
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies, solutions, and results to stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop strategies, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives
• Provide functional leadership in Oracle ERP implementations, ensuring that all modules are integrated and working seamlessly
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues, providing innovative solutions to meet client needs
• Hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' business use cases and technical requirements and convert them into technical designs that elegantly meet the requirements
• Map decisions with requirements and translate them to developers
• Identify different solutions and narrow down the best option that meets clients' requirements
• Define guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
• Write and review design documents explaining the overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
• Review architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
• Understand and relate technology integration scenarios and apply these learnings in projects
• Resolve issues raised during code/review through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause and justify the decision taken
• Carry out POCs to ensure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
