Summary

Join Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, as an Oracle Fusion HCM expert with 7+ years of experience. You will be responsible for implementing and integrating Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Core HR, Talent Management, Time and Labor, Learning Management, and Recruiting Cloud. Proficiency in PL/SQL, RDBMS, Oracle BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, Value Sets, HCM Extracts, and BI Reporting is required. You will work with cross-functional teams, design automated testing frameworks, and prepare test reports. The role demands strong communication and coordination skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Requirements

  • Total Experience 7+years
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion US Payroll
  • Hands-on expertise in Compensation & Benefits module implementation
  • Experience working in multiple Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Talent Management, Time and Labor, Learning Management, Recruiting Cloud
  • Proficient in PL/SQL, RDBMS, and Oracle BI Publisher
  • Strong command over Fast Formulas, Value Sets, HCM Extracts, and BI Reporting
  • Basic knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs and web service integrations
  • Solid understanding of Approval and Security Management using BPM and Role-Based Access Controls
  • Work on workflow configurations, approval rules, and security management using BPM
  • Integrate third-party systems with Fusion HCM through data interfaces and API endpoints (SOAP/REST)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the projects functional and non-functional requirements and the business context of the application being developed. Understanding and documenting requirements validated by the SMEs
  • Interacting with clients to identify the scope of testing, expectations, acceptance criteria and availability of test data and environment. Working closely with product owner in defining and refining acceptance criteria
  • Preparing test plan/strategy
  • Estimating the test effort and preparing schedules for testing activities, assigning tasks, identifying constraints and dependencies
  • Risk management – identifying, mitigating and resolving business and technical risks. Determines the potential causes of problems and analyses multiple alternatives
  • Designing and developing a framework for automated testing following the project's design and coding guidelines. Set up best practices for test automation
  • Preparing test reports to summarize the outcome of the testing phase and recommending whether the application is in a shippable state or not
  • Communicating measurable quality metrics, with the ability to highlight problem areas and suggest solutions
  • Participating in retrospective meetings, helping identify the root cause of any quality related issue and identifying ways to continuously improve the testing process
  • Conducting demos of the application for internal and external stakeholders
  • Working with team and stakeholders to triage and prioritize defects for resolution
  • Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations
