As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with business stakeholders to implement Salesforce.com CRM solutions, lead technical solutioning, and mentor your colleagues.

Requirements

  • Hands on experience in Salesforce OOB functionality and features like, Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities custom objects and fields Page layouts Workflow & process builder Approval processes Security implementation Validation rules Custom tabs Reports and Dashboards Security features: Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets & Groups, OWD, Sharing Rules, Apex Sharing, Sharing Sets etc
  • Process flow and email generation according to application requirements
  • Flow Builder
  • Experience in Application customization and development, including Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex (classes and triggers)
  • Experience in integration of salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs, SOAP, Rest API etc
  • Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Tools: Data-Loader, ANT, Workbench, GIT, Bit-Bucket Version Control
  • Experience in Setting up & customizing Service cloud console and developing custom console components and integrating with console
  • Setting up of Live Agent, Omni-Channel Routing, Email to Case, Web-to-Case Plan and strategize the deployment activities between sandboxes and to PROD
  • Must have knowledge of deployment activities (CI/CD) between the Salesforce environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understand and implement Best Practices and SFDC Coding Standards
  • Work independently and raise issues and risks to the project lead/client team Writing documents

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business and understand the requirement and conduct feasibility analysis of available solution approaches
  • Work with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain the Salesforce.com CRM solution including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development work
  • Perform code reviews and ensure team follows best practices and SFDC Coding Standards
  • Lead the effort to document technical requirements, architecture, and design of deployment and integration of the Salesforce.com solution
  • Communicate closely with the rest of the technology development teams, including keeping stakeholders informed of technical progress and risks
  • Coordinate the onshore and offshore teams in support of development activities
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems
  • Design and mentor team in technical solutioning of business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Service cloud Consultant certification, Salesforce DevOps Skill
