Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in enterprise integration
  • Expert in modern API technologies (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, gRPC) and event-driven integration patterns (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Experience designing fault-tolerant and idempotent integration workflows
  • Strong knowledge of API security best practices (OAuth, mTLS, API gateways)
  • Proficiency in data serialization formats (JSON, XML, Protobuf, Avro)
  • Skilled in scripting/programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Java, or Go
  • Experience with data mapping, transformation (ETL/ELT), and synchronization patterns
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement robust, low-latency integrations between AI agents and Kaseya's IT Complete Suite APIs
  • Develop secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant integration workflows using modern API and event-driven patterns
  • Ensure real-time data synchronization, end-to-end security, and seamless cross-platform automation
  • Collaborate with product and platform teams to unlock new capabilities through intelligent system interoperability
  • Build and maintain reusable integration components, SDKs, and developer-facing tools
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

  • MCP certification or equivalent experience with Kaseya product APIs
  • Additional certifications in API Security, Integration Architecture, or Cloud Platforms
  • Deep familiarity with Kaseya product APIs (e.g., Datto RMM, VSA, IT Glue, Autotask PSA, BMS) and other common MSP software APIs (e.g., ConnectWise Manage, SentinelOne)
  • Experience developing custom API connectors and SDKs
  • Understanding of data governance and compliance in integrated systems
  • Experience with GraphQL federation or schema stitching
  • Experience building developer portals or API marketplaces
