Staff Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Summary

Join Keeps Medical Group (KMG) as an Advanced Practice Provider and deliver high-quality telemedicine care to patients. You will consult and treat patients with mental health conditions, proactively check in on their treatment plans, and collaborate with customer service. This role requires an active NP/PA license, at least two years of telehealth experience, and multiple state licenses. Requirements

• Active NP/PA license
• At least two (2) years of telehealth experience, experience with family or internal medicine
• Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
• Must be able to work at least one (1) weekend shift
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
• No restrictions on your ability to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers
• Obsessed with delivering high-quality care with a high level of empathy to patients
• Passionate about asking intuitive questions and educating patients about their condition
• Willingness to work across various conditions / service lines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion

Responsibilities

• Consult and treat patients experiencing mental health conditions
• Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans
• Collaborate with customer service for operational support as needed
• Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes
• Other duties as assigned
