Join Keeps Medical Group (KMG) as a patient-centered Advanced Practice Provider to deliver quality telemedicine care. You will consult and treat patients, proactively check in on treatment plans, collaborate with customer service, respond to patient messages, and provide feedback to improve care. The role requires an active NP/PA license, at least two years of telehealth experience, multiple state licenses, weekend and holiday availability, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- Active NP/PA license
- At least two (2) years of telehealth experience
- Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
- Must be able to work at least one (1) weekend shift a month
- Must be able to work 4 holidays and holiday weekends annually
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- No restrictions to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers
- Able to deliver to patients empathetic high-quality care
- Passionate about patient education
- Willingness to work across various conditions/service lines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Consult and treat patients experiencing a variety of conditions
- Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans
- Collaborate with customer service for operational support as needed
- Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Experience working with weight management
