Summary
Join Fullscript's Practitioner Experience team as a Staff Designer and leverage your visual and interface design expertise to enhance our platforms. This individual contributor role directly impacts the design and functionality of critical health technology tools, boosting user engagement. You will implement high-quality design solutions, mentor team members, refine design processes, and connect across product divisions. Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Possess at least 7 years of product design experience, with a strong focus on user-centered design
- Demonstrate proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Have experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects at once
- Have experience mentoring and coaching other designers
- Have experience leading design projects and teams
Responsibilities
- Implement high-quality design solutions from the initial concept to the final output, focusing on creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces
- Though not managing directly, your role as a Craft Leader involves mentoring team members, enhancing their skills in interface design, and fostering a collaborative environment
- Work closely with the design team to refine processes and deliverables, ensuring high standards of design excellence are met consistently
- Act as a key connector across various product divisions, facilitating communication and alignment on design initiatives
- Use your strategic insight to influence project outcomes and contribute to the broader company goals
