Summary

Join our Product Platform team as a B2B Staff Product Designer to design intuitive and scalable platform-wide features, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to deliver substantial value to customers.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in delivering high-impact B2B SaaS product features with a strategic focus
  • Proven success in creating high-quality solutions that drive value across multiple teams and departments
  • Expert in leading discovery and using customer insights to shape product strategy and innovative design directions
  • Skilled in managing complex design projects from concept to execution, handling ambiguity effectively
  • Strong track record of working with various teams to achieve design goals and drive alignment
  • Proficient in understanding and connecting complex systems and features across teams
  • Excellent communication, presenting design concepts and strategies clearly to diverse audiences, including executives
  • Experienced in managing large projects and timelines, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A portfolio that demonstrates advanced design skills and impactful solutions tailored to customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Lead design initiatives and oversee the design and execution of key shared components and features that are intuitive, flexible, and provide significant customer value, ensuring consistency across our platforms
  • Inform feature strategy by conducting customer research to guide feature development and create scalable experiences that align with the Platform team’s goals
  • Collaborate and advocate by working closely with your product team to identify and promote design initiatives that have a broad organizational impact
  • Foster collaboration with your design peers to ensure that shared solutions effectively address the needs of different areas of the platform
  • Develop frameworks and create clear guidelines to support design decisions and help your peers easily adopt new patterns
  • Contribute to our design system, ensuring new additions support strategic objectives and maintain high design standards
