Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focusing on consumer mobile applications
  • Successfully led the development and launch of 0-to-1 products that achieved significant user adoption and engagement
  • Experience with AI/ML product development and understand how to integrate these technologies into user experiences effectively
  • Deep understanding of behavioral design principles and how to drive sustained user engagement
  • Passionate about mental healthcare and improving access to quality care through technology

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation in mental healthcare by developing and launching our first mobile client experience, leveraging data and user insights to create breakthrough solutions
  • Lead the integration of cutting-edge technology, including AI/ML capabilities, to revolutionize how clients engage with therapy between sessions
  • Define and track key metrics to measure product success, using data-driven insights to optimize the user experience and improve therapy outcomes
  • Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses and inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to pioneer new approaches to digital mental healthcare while ensuring alignment with therapeutic best practices
