Remote Staff Product Manager, Programmable Voice

Join the team as Twilio's next Programmable Voice Product Manager. Help developers build the future of Voice interactions using Twilio's APIs and TwiML markup language, provide additional call control layers, and extend the capabilities of the Programmable Voice Platform.

Requirements

• Education in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, mathematics, data science or similar
• Experience managing API-first products with focus on RESTful interfaces
• Experience writing requirements for a software feature or solution for an internal or external customers
• Demonstrated experience working with big data sets and using tools such as writing SQL queries, sheets, or similar
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and will roll up sleeves to get the job done
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently

Responsibilities

• Help developers build the future of Voice interactions using Twilio's APIs and TwiML markup language
• Provide additional call control layers using Conference and extend multiparty calling capabilities
• Extend the capabilities of the Programmable Voice Platform with Media Streams to allow developers to build interfaces with third-party applications
