Summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Salesforce CPQ Developer to work on improving their CPQ systems. The role involves maintaining and improving the Lead to Contract process using various tools like Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Docusign, Netsuite, and others. The ideal candidate should have extensive Salesforce experience, including 5+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience or extension experience, Salesforce Certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II, Javascript Developer I, and familiarity with other integrated tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve Lead to Contract process enabled with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Docusign, Netsuite and a familiarity with other tools such as Conga Composer
• Develop solutions within Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, including both declarative and custom development (Javascript, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Framework)
• Create and update documentation to assist with maintenance and triage of development applications and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various groups to design, develop, interpret and analyze requirements to align business processes improvements and efficiencies with system functionality and ensure the accuracy of information feeding into the CRM ecosystem
• Create and maintain strong business partnerships to gather requirements, translate gathered information into working solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working for a hyper growth technology startup
• Previous experience working in open source
• Previous experience working remotely
• Familiarity with consumption based SaaS pricing models
