Summary
Join Aledade as a Data Security Architect and lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive security strategies and solutions. You will design and deploy advanced security controls, collaborate across teams, and mentor engineers. Requirements
- Hold a BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field, or have 10 years security domain experience without a degree
- Have 8+ years of experience in securing and deploying applications within Cloud Native environments
- Have 5+ years of experience in a dedicated data security role with focus on establishing secure data management and governance processes
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive security strategies and solutions
- Design and deploy advanced security controls to safeguards networks, systems, and applications
- Work across disciplines to shape our security services strategy and execution
- Mentor and galvanize new engineers to do their best work
- Set and uphold the standard for security processes to support high-quality engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess knowledge of health-tech systems, like Electronic Health Records, Clinical data, PHI, etc
- Have experience in designing and implementing Data Security Controls in multi-cloud and hybrid environments
- Have extensive experience identifying, evaluating and triaging data protection related events with DLP, DSPM methodologies and tools
- Have experience implementing and maintaining data protection tools ensuring optimal configuration and performance
- Have experience with managing policies for data loss prevention (DLP) and detection, including scanning and identifying sensitive data across systems
- Be proficient in conducting data discovery and classification initiatives, ensuring sensitive information is adequately protected
- Have experience working with tools such as Forcepoint DLP, Symantec DLP, Zscaler, Netskope CASB, DSPM tools such as Cyera, Laminar, BigID etc
- Hold certifications such as Security+, CISSP etc
- Have 4+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting, solving for short-term and long-term business value
- Have experience with health-tech systems, like Electronic Health Records, Clinical data, etc
