Summary
Join ServiceNow's Digital Technology Go to Market team and help build a world-class, AI-powered Go-To-Market CRM. As a Staff Software AI Engineer, you will develop scalable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, leveraging AIA Studio for low-code AI workflows and building intelligent solutions using technologies like Agentic AI, RAG, and KGs. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX engineers to deliver features at SaaS speed and global scale. This role requires experience in integrating AI into work processes and building enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will design AI-powered systems, build RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs, and implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills and experience with cloud platforms and LLMs.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- 8+ years of software development experience with a solid foundation in system design and cloud engineering
- Experience in building enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
- Strong familiarity with AIA Studio for creating intelligent, no/low-code automation flows integrated with AI
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies: Agentic AI (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
- RAG frameworks (LangChain, Haystack)
- Knowledge Graphs ( RDF/OWL, SPARQL)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.)
- Understanding of vector databases and embeddings
- Experience working with GTM domains (CRM, customer engagement, marketing automation, sales analytics)
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform , aligning with GTM use cases (e.g., sales enablement, lead management, partner ops)
- Leverage AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows, integrate machine learning models, and streamline decision-making in GTM processes
- Design AI-powered systems that use LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval to deliver contextual insights and automation
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs to surface relevant, real-time data to sales to help close the deal
- Implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution (e.g., lead routing, customer scoring, higher deal velocity)
- Work closely with Product, Business Operations to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact
- Build resilient, secure, and high-performance systems using industry best practices
- Contribute to team success through mentorship, design discussions, and by setting high standards for code quality and innovation
