Summary

Join GoodLeap as a Staff Engineer and lead the architectural vision for our AI enterprise platform. You will design and develop large-scale AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance. This role requires extensive experience in software engineering, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure (AWS). Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in building enterprise platforms at scale with expertise in AI/ML
  • Experience in designing and deploying real-time LLM systems at scale
  • Experience in evaluating, monitoring, and iterating on LLM solutions
  • Experience in ML packages and tools, Tensorflow / PyTorch, Sagemaker, MLFlow, OpenAPI API
  • Expertise in Node, TypeScript, and Python. Knowledge of .NET is good to have
  • Strong expertise in designing systems for high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS) with a focus on performance, security, and monitoring
  • Expertise in distributed systems architecture, microservices, and RESTful APIs
  • Ability to influence technical direction and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive teams
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and lead engineering teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of large-scale, mission-critical AI enterprise agentic platform that integrates with other Goodleap systems and services
  • Architect highly scalable, resilient, and secure systems that can handle large volumes and traffic
  • Provide technical leadership across teams, guiding decisions on architecture, design patterns, and best practices
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align technical solutions with business objectives
  • Drive cross-functional projects to enhance the integration, reliability and performance of our AI enterprise platform
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including legal standards
  • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and technical excellence
  • Evaluate and implement new emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve our systems and development processes
  • Contribute to key architectural decisions, including the design of microservices and the adoption of new AI technologies including LLMs, Voice, Image etc

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with integration of AI/ML solutions with Salesforce & Genesys
  • Experience in building multi-agent solutions and reinforcement learning
  • Experience in FinTech or other highly regulated industries
  • Strong track record of managing complex technical debt and driving long-term architectural strategy
